Côtes du Rhône white 13°

Terroir :Siliceous chists hollows.

Grape variety : Roussane 40% -Grenache blanc 30% - Clairette 20 % - Viognier 10%

Vinification : Hand-picked harvest with a very rigourous sorting on the land.Pneumatic pressing at low level. A 30 day fermentation period on thin “lies” with a temperature regulated between 18 and 20°.

Tasting: Attractive sparkling robe. Openness, generosity and complexity of the bouquet, tinted with fruits and flowers. Its floral bouquet is followed on your palate by a note of finely grilled almonds with enough fatness and freshness to give a pleasant taste in the mouth.

The winemaker’s advice: To drink with moderation with friends or for your own pleasure:  Mise en bouche, grilled sea-perch, fish with olive oil, creamed chicken. To drink young, between 2 to 3 years of age.
